My baby's birthday will be this Wednesday. He had anencephaly and died after 4 days at home. You'll never regret your decision to enjoy your baby as long as you can. God bless you. I wish you all the best.
RebeccaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3251927492631311065.post-64800902139251721912010-05-09T09:02:50.498-05:002010-05-09T09:02:50.498-05:00Good point, Elena! I kind of look at it as there are ranks of angels and Lilly may not be an "angel" as far as the Bible is concerned or God...but that is the term I refer to her in and I feel God does not mind.

love and prayers
elenaAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07194853103053771968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3251927492631311065.post-85680362413769752662010-05-07T20:40:47.358-05:002010-05-07T20:40:47.358-05:00In Psalm 8, it refers to man (both man and the God...In Psalm 8, it refers to man (both man and the God-Man) being made "a little lower than angels". I believe this state is temporary, and that in heaven we will be much more than that. I think as persons on earth we are comforted thinking of loved ones as angels, but when we stop to think about it, do we really want our loved ones to have that kind of responsibility? Or would we prefer that they just bask in the glory of the Father? I am paraphrasing the words of Nancy Guthrie from a recent bible study (Hoping for Something Better p. 13). The truth is that your daughter is about to experience a redemption so wonderful that none of us can even fathom (1 Corinthians 15)!! You are a remarkable person and your courage and faith is astounding. Much love and prayers!!
The CarlansBeckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08643813709886915378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3251927492631311065.post-55953773326323790282010-05-07T10:52:21.001-05:002010-05-07T10:52:21.001-05:00Guess I should visit Trinity in Glenwood more ofte...Guess I should visit Trinity in Glenwood more often...pastor just had a sermon on this.
